Vipers SC has today confirmed the signing of 24 year old striker Cromwell Rwothomio from Uganda Revenue Authority FC.

The striker has penned down a contract that will keep him at the club for the next three years.

The striker is brought in after the departure of Central African Republic striker Cesar Manzoki who left the club for Chinese side Dundee FC.

Rwothomio has featured for the tax collector’s for four years and scored 35 goals in the 77 games he has played.

Rwothomio netted 14 goals for URA in the just concluded striker and will be looking forward to continue shining at St Mary’s.

After signing the contract,the lethal striker express his joy joining the club which he sees as a good club with good fans where he hopes to chase after success.

I’m very happy to be here at a big club. I have played against Vipers SC several times. I saw that it was a big club with passionate supporters. It’s a really great club, I hope to be very successful here,” said Rwothomio .

Rwothomio added that he knows that he needs to work hard but he is all set for the battle

“I know it is going to be a lot of hard work, but I am ready to do everything I can to get the most amount of minutes as possible.” he added.

Rwothomio becomes vipers ninth signing as they prepare for the 2022/2023 season.
