Vipers SC has confirmed the departure of their 19 man squad ahead of the CAF champions league preliminary rounds against Central African Republic based club Real De Bangui.

According to the Vipers SC official website,the Venoms have departed to Rwanda today before they set off to Congo Brazzaville tomorrow morning.

Vipers SC are to play Real De Bangui on Saturday in the quest to qualify for the CAF champions league.

The return leg will be played on Saturday 17 where Real De Bangui will make a trip to St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.

Yunus Sentamu, Paul mucureezi and Bobosi Byaruhanga are some of the key players that are not included in the squad that has travelled.

Goalkeepers: Fabien Mutombora, Alfred Mudekereza.

Defenders: Murushid Juuko, Livingstone Mulondo, Dissan Galiwango, Hilary Mukundane, Isa Mubiru, Ashraf Mandela.

Midfielders: Abdu Lumala, Bright Anukani, Marvin Joseph Youngman, Siraje Sentamu, Olivier Osomba, Ibrahim Orit, Abdu Karim Watambala.

Forwards: Cromwel Rwothomio, Milton Karisa, Najib Yiga, Abubakar Lawal.
