Wakiso Giants FC will take on Vipers SC for the third time this term following the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 16 draws held earlier today.
The Wakiso Derby has produced two stalements this season in the Uganda Premier League. The purple sharks will host the Venoms at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.
The draw function was held at FUFA Complex in the presence of the FUFA 3rd Vice President Hon. Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi. Former Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Sadiq Wassa also graced the occasion.
In the other draws conducted, KCCA FC will be at home to Mbarara City FC while Soltilo Bright Stars will take on Kiyinda Boys.Police FC take on Ndejje University, Express FC will host Paidha Black Angels, Adjumani TC FC face Bunyaruguru while Calvary FC will be at home to Kitara FC.
The winner between BUL FC and SC Villa will visit Onduparaka FC.
The round of 16 fixtures will be played between 11th -17th March 2023. Every team at this stage is assured of a cash prize of UGX 3M.
