Kampala Queens Football Club, the reigning champions of the FUFA Women’s Super League, are on the verge of appointing former KCCA FC assistant coach, Sam Charles Ssenyange Nsanziro, commonly known as ‘Kadidi,’ as their new head coach. This development comes after their previous coach, Hamza Lutalo, left the team following their historic league triumph.

According to reliable sources at Nnalubaale Sports, the experienced tactician Kadidi is set to take charge of Kampala Queens, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide the team forward. His appointment marks an exciting chapter for the club as they aim to build upon their recent success.

Kadidi’s departure from KCCA FC occurred over a month ago when the club underwent a complete overhaul of its coaching staff under the leadership of Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil. Now, he is poised to make a significant impact at Kampala Queens and help them maintain their winning momentum.

Currently, the team is being supervised by former Uganda Cranes midfielder Tonny Mawejje, who serves as the assistant coach. With the imminent arrival of Kadidi, the club is looking forward to strengthening its coaching setup and ensuring a seamless transition.

Kampala Queens is now preparing for the upcoming CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal Qualifiers, scheduled to take place from August 12th to 30th in Kampala. The team finds itself in Group A, competing against formidable opponents such as Commercial Bank of Ethiopia FC, FAD of Djibouti, Yei Joint Stars of South Sudan, and Buja Queens of Burundi. With Kadidi’s tactical acumen and experience, Kampala Queens aims to perform exceptionally well in the tournament and secure a spot in the subsequent stages.

Throughout his coaching career, Kadidi has held various coaching positions both domestically and internationally. He has worked with clubs such as Pietermaritzburg, Transnet Kings, and Sobantu in South Africa, as well as Lioli FC of Lesotho. In Uganda, he has coached teams including Mbarara City FC, Tooro United, UTODA, and Paidha Black Angels, among others. His vast experience in the sport makes him a valuable addition to the coaching staff of Kampala Queens.
